These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Gonnet website, QR-based products, digital profiles, and all related services. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Gonnet ("Gonnet", "we", "our", or "us") governing your access to and use of the Gonnet website, QR-based products, digital profiles, software, services, and all related features (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, purchasing a Gonnet QR sticker, scanning a Gonnet QR code, creating or managing a QR profile, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies published by Gonnet from time to time. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and refrain from accessing any Gonnet services.
For the purposes of these Terms: "Gonnet" means the Gonnet platform, website, products, services, owners, operators, employees, affiliates, successors, contractors, licensors, and authorised representatives. "Platform" means the Gonnet website, QR stickers, QR profiles, digital services, applications, APIs, software, databases, and all associated services. "User" means any individual or entity accessing, browsing, purchasing, scanning, registering, interacting with, or otherwise using the Platform. "QR Sticker" means a unique Gonnet QR code sticker supplied by Gonnet for identification and communication purposes. "QR Profile" means the digital profile linked to a specific Gonnet QR code. "Content" includes any text, images, names, phone numbers, emergency contacts, vehicle details, pet details, links, or other information uploaded by a User. "Services" means all products and services provided by Gonnet through the Platform.
The Platform is intended for individuals who are legally competent to enter into binding contracts under applicable laws. By using Gonnet, the User represents and warrants that: a) they are at least eighteen (18) years of age or otherwise legally competent under applicable law; b) all information submitted to Gonnet is true, complete, and accurate; c) they shall promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate or outdated; d) they are authorized to use the vehicle, item, pet, or property for which a QR profile is being created; e) they shall use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Gonnet reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend access, or terminate any account that does not satisfy these eligibility requirements.
Gonnet is a QR-based digital identification and communication platform that enables Users to create and manage digital profiles linked to unique QR stickers. Depending upon the information voluntarily provided by the User, a QR profile may contain vehicle information, emergency contact details, pet information, owner details, social links, or other information selected by the User. The primary purpose of the Platform is to facilitate lawful communication between the owner of a QR-linked profile and a person scanning the QR code. Gonnet is solely a technology platform and does not verify ownership of vehicles, pets, products, documents, or any other property linked to a QR profile. Gonnet does not certify the authenticity, legality, or accuracy of any information uploaded by Users. Users acknowledge that any interaction initiated after scanning a QR code is undertaken entirely at their own discretion and risk.
Certain features of the Platform require registration of an account. The User agrees to: a) provide complete and accurate registration details; b) maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials, OTPs, or verification methods associated with their account; c) immediately notify Gonnet if they become aware of any unauthorized access to their account; d) ensure that all information linked to their QR profile remains accurate and up to date; e) remain solely responsible for every activity performed through their account or QR profile. Gonnet shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access resulting from the User's failure to safeguard account credentials or verification methods.
Every Gonnet QR sticker is assigned a unique digital identity. Activation of a QR sticker may require registration through the Platform and successful verification of the User. Each QR sticker is intended to be associated with only one active QR profile at a time unless otherwise permitted by Gonnet. Users are responsible for correctly registering and activating their QR stickers. Gonnet shall not be responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted during registration. Users shall not tamper with, duplicate, clone, forge, manipulate, reverse engineer, or intentionally misuse any QR sticker issued by Gonnet.
By using the Platform, the User represents, warrants, and undertakes that: a) all information submitted is truthful and lawful; b) they possess all necessary rights, permissions, and authority to upload the information provided; c) no uploaded content infringes the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or legal rights of any third party; d) they shall not upload false, misleading, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, hateful, or illegal content; e) they shall obtain the consent of every individual whose personal information, including emergency contact information, is uploaded to the Platform; f) they shall immediately remove or update any inaccurate information; g) they shall comply with all applicable laws while using the Platform. Any breach of these representations may result in suspension or permanent termination of the User's account without prior notice.
The User agrees to use the Platform only for lawful and legitimate purposes. The User shall use Gonnet in a manner consistent with applicable laws, these Terms, and generally accepted standards of responsible online conduct. The User agrees that the Platform shall only be used for genuine identification, communication, emergency assistance, lost-and-found services, vehicle identification, pet identification, or any other lawful purpose expressly or impliedly permitted by Gonnet. Users shall cooperate with Gonnet in investigating suspected misuse or abuse of the Platform whenever reasonably required.
The User shall not, directly or indirectly: a) use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity; b) upload false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, hateful, threatening, or illegal content; c) impersonate another individual or entity; d) upload information belonging to another person without lawful authority or consent; e) interfere with the functioning, security, or integrity of the Platform; f) attempt unauthorized access to any account, database, server, or system connected with Gonnet; g) copy, scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract data from the Platform without prior written permission; h) distribute malware, viruses, malicious code, bots, automated scripts, or harmful software; i) reverse engineer, decompile, modify, clone, duplicate, or create derivative works of the Platform except where expressly permitted by applicable law; j) misuse QR stickers or create fake, forged, altered, duplicated, or counterfeit Gonnet QR codes; k) engage in any activity that adversely affects the performance, reputation, or security of Gonnet. Violation of this Section may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access without prior notice.
Users retain ownership of the information and content submitted by them to the Platform. By uploading any content, the User grants Gonnet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, reproduce, display, transmit, and use such content solely for providing, maintaining, improving, securing, and operating the Platform. The User represents that they possess all rights necessary to upload such content and that such content does not violate any law or third-party rights. Gonnet reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove, restrict, edit, or disable access to any content that it reasonably believes violates these Terms or applicable law.
Each Gonnet QR sticker contains a unique identifier generated by the Platform. The User receives a limited, non-transferable right to use the QR sticker for its intended purpose. The User shall not duplicate, reproduce, commercially exploit, tamper with, alter, forge, clone, or misuse any Gonnet QR sticker. Replacement, transfer, reassignment, or deactivation of QR stickers shall be governed by Gonnet's policies in force from time to time. Gonnet reserves the right to deactivate any QR sticker associated with fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, security concerns, or violation of these Terms.
The Platform, including its software, source code, databases, logos, trademarks, graphics, user interface, QR generation systems, text, designs, branding, documentation, and all related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Gonnet and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, no User shall reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, license, sell, exploit, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent from Gonnet. Nothing contained in these Terms shall be construed as transferring ownership of any intellectual property rights to any User.
Where applicable, Users may purchase Gonnet products and services through the Platform. All prices displayed on the Platform are subject to change without prior notice. Orders shall be considered confirmed only after successful payment confirmation and acceptance by Gonnet. Gonnet reserves the right to reject, cancel, limit, or refuse any order in cases including suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, technical issues, payment failures, legal restrictions, or security concerns. Payment processing may be handled through authorised third-party payment gateways. Gonnet does not store complete payment card information and shall not be responsible for failures, delays, or errors attributable to third-party payment providers.
Gonnet shall make reasonable efforts to process and dispatch orders within the estimated timelines displayed on the Platform or otherwise communicated to the User. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending upon courier availability, location, weather conditions, public holidays, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond Gonnet's reasonable control. Risk in the purchased products shall pass to the User upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout. Users are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact information provided are accurate and complete. Any delivery delays caused by incorrect address details, repeated delivery failures, refusal to accept delivery, or circumstances beyond Gonnet's control shall not make Gonnet liable for any losses or damages.
Gonnet QR stickers are personalised products that are linked to unique digital identities. Accordingly, once an order has been processed, printed, customised, activated, or dispatched, it may not be eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund except where required under applicable law. If a User receives a product that is physically damaged, defective, or materially different from the order placed, the User should notify Gonnet within a reasonable period after delivery along with appropriate supporting evidence. Approved refunds, where applicable, shall be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to the policies of the relevant payment provider.
Gonnet reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, deactivate, or permanently terminate any User account, QR profile, QR sticker, or access to the Platform if it reasonably believes that: a) these Terms have been violated; b) fraudulent, abusive, illegal, or suspicious activity has occurred; c) false or misleading information has been provided; d) continued access may compromise the security, integrity, or reputation of the Platform; e) such action is necessary to comply with applicable law or governmental directions. Termination of access shall not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to such termination.
The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While Gonnet makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate, secure, and reliable services, it does not warrant or guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, continuously available, or free from bugs, malware, vulnerabilities, or third-party interference. Gonnet does not verify the identity, ownership, authority, authenticity, legality, or accuracy of information uploaded by Users. Persons interacting with a QR profile should independently verify any information before relying upon it.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gonnet, its owners, affiliates, employees, directors, contractors, licensors, service providers, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special, punitive, or economic damages arising from or relating to: a) use or inability to use the Platform; b) reliance upon information displayed through QR profiles; c) unauthorised access to accounts or data; d) interruption of services; e) third-party acts or omissions; f) loss of profits, business, goodwill, reputation, data, or opportunity. The User expressly agrees that use of the Platform is entirely at the User's own risk.
The User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gonnet, its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, licensors, successors, and representatives from and against any claims, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, losses, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: a) violation of these Terms; b) misuse of the Platform; c) infringement of third-party rights; d) unlawful or negligent conduct of the User; e) content uploaded by the User.
Gonnet shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, fires, epidemics, pandemics, acts of government, war, terrorism, labour disputes, internet failures, power outages, cyber attacks, hosting failures, or failures of third-party infrastructure or service providers.
The collection, storage, processing, use, disclosure, and protection of personal information submitted through the Platform shall be governed by the Gonnet Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time. By using the Platform, the User acknowledges that they have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of information in accordance with that policy.
Gonnet reserves the right to modify, update, replace, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any revised version shall become effective upon publication on the Platform unless otherwise specified. Continued use of the Platform after such publication shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts located at Gurugram, Haryana, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good faith discussions. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within a reasonable period, either party may seek appropriate legal remedies before a court of competent jurisdiction in accordance with applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Failure by Gonnet to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other rights available under these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies published by Gonnet, constitute the complete agreement between the User and Gonnet regarding the use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, understandings, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein.

BY ACCESSING, REGISTERING ON, PURCHASING, SCANNING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE GONNET PLATFORM, THE USER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS. IF THE USER DOES NOT AGREE WITH ANY PART OF THESE TERMS, THEY MUST IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE USE OF THE PLATFORM.
